Stainless Steel Pump Body Investment Casting serves industrial pumps requiring corrosion resistance and controlled dimensions. Highyoung Metal develops these custom bodies in China, bringing investment casting and CNC machining together under an approved drawing, inspection plan and direct manufacturing quotation.

Select from stainless steel grades, carbon steel and alloy steel. Typical cast components weigh 0.1–50 kg, with ISO 8062 CT5–CT6 tolerances. Approved component drawings establish internal passages, wall sections, flange connections and the machining stock needed for finishing.

Heat treatment, CNC machining, drilling, tapping, polishing and passivation follow silica-sol lost-wax casting as specified. Bores, flange surfaces and threaded ports receive finish machining to achieve the dimensional fit needed for sealing and pump assembly.
