Before tooling begins, our manufacturing team in China checks each customer drawing. This review examines wall thickness, reference datums, machining allowances, specified tolerances and access for inspection.
The approved specification determines the component production route, including tooling, casting, heat treatment, CNC machining, drilling, grinding, polishing and final dimensional inspection.
